# PostFinance Pay

PostFinance Pay is the payment method for PostFinance customers, online and in shops, directly from their account. It replaced the old PostFinance Card and E-Finance for online payments.

## Activating it

1. Go to **Payment providers**.
2. Click **Configure** next to **Pay**.
3. Activate the PostFinance Pay icon and save.

## What you can do

- One-off payments, subscriptions, pre-authorisations and tokenisation.
- Full and partial refunds.
- Amounts from CHF 0.20 to CHF 20'000.- per payment.

## Why keep it active

Many people in Switzerland, especially from a certain age, like to pay from their PostFinance account and have no credit card. Offering PostFinance Pay alongside TWINT means not losing these customers at the moment of payment.
