The list below is not exhaustive: if in doubt, ask us before submitting your verification.<\/p>\n<h2>Financial services<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Securities brokerage, loans, debt reduction advice, crowdfunding.<\/li>\n<li>Money transfer, currency exchange, debt collection for third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Virtual currencies or prepaid credit that can be resold or converted into money.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Regulated or illegal products<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Gambling, lotteries and betting with cash prizes.<\/li>\n<li>Online pharmacies, products containing cannabis, CBD or THC.<\/li>\n<li>Tobacco and e-cigarettes, drug paraphernalia.<\/li>\n<li>Weapons, ammunition, fireworks, hazardous substances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Content and unfair practices<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Adult content and services.<\/li>\n<li>Counterfeit goods or goods that infringe copyright and trademarks.<\/li>\n<li>Promises of easy money, pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Services with no real value for the customer or designed to mislead consumers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>A note for associations<\/h2>\n<p>Lotteries and raffles with cash prizes count as gambling. For a raffle at your association&#8217;s event, different rules may apply depending on the canton: write to us before selling tickets online and we will check it together.<\/p>\n<p>Your activity is not on the list but you are unsure?
