At the top there is a list of first steps: complete them in order and you are ready to take payments.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Increase your account security<\/h2>\n<p>Click the option to change your login settings and choose a long password you do not use anywhere else. More in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/protect-access\/\">Protecting access<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Complete your account details<\/h2>\n<p>Company details, website and bank account: this is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/account-verification\/\">account verification<\/a>, required to receive real payments.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Customise the look<\/h2>\n<p>Upload your logo and choose the colours of your payment pages. You do this in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/look-and-feel-logo-colours\/\">Look &amp; Feel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Receive your first payment<\/h2>\n<p>The Dashboard suggests the right tool depending on how you sell:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In an online shop<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/woocommerce-shop-plugin\/\">WooCommerce plugin<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/api-plugins\/\">API<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taking payments in person<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/pos-terminals\/\">POS terminal<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/tap-to-pay-android\/\">Tap to Pay<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/qr-pay-code\/\">QR Pay<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Requesting payments<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/paylink-request-payment\/\">Paylink<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/invoice\/\">Invoice<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Selling without a website<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/pages\/\">Pages<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Receiving donations<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/donation\/\">Donation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you have finished, you can hide the list.<\/p>\n<h2>The rest of the Dashboard<\/h2>\n<p>Below that you will find the total of payments, takings, the balance available for your next payout and a chart of the last 30 days compared with the previous period.
