With Invoice<\/strong> you create a PDF invoice and send it by e-mail. The customer pays online in one click, with TWINT, card or another method, or with the QR-bill in e-banking.<\/p>\n

Before you begin<\/h2>\n

For the invoice to be correct, enter the commercial register number under Company<\/a> and, if you are subject to VAT, at least one rate in General settings<\/a>. Until you do, the admin area shows you a notice.<\/p>\n

Creating an invoice<\/h2>\n

  1. In the menu, open Invoice<\/strong> and click Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Recipient<\/strong>: name, address and e-mail.<\/li>\n
  3. Invoice Date<\/strong> and payment deadline in days.<\/li>\n
  4. Service period<\/strong> (or delivery date).<\/li>\n
  5. Invoice Language<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. VAT<\/strong>: subject, not subject, exempt service or export.<\/li>\n
  7. The Items<\/strong>: each with title, quantity, price, any discount and VAT rate. You can add shipping costs and an early payment discount.<\/li>\n
  8. If you wish, a message, your terms and up to three PDF attachments.<\/li>\n
  9. Choose the payment providers and the Look & Feel<\/a> profile.<\/li>\n
  10. Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The invoice stays a Draft<\/strong> until you finalise it.<\/p>\n

    Checking and sending<\/h2>\n

    Before sending, you can download the PDF, view the payment page as the customer sees it and make last changes. If all is well, finalise it: you can have it sent by e-mail or send it yourself through another channel.<\/p>\n

    What the customer receives<\/h2>\n

    An e-mail with the online payment button and the invoice as a PDF attachment. The PDF also contains the online payment link and the QR-bill for e-banking.<\/p>\n

    Reminders<\/h2>\n

    In Notifications<\/a>, under Invoice, you set up automatic reminders and choose who receives a copy. The invoice list shows the status and due date of each invoice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
