It is also the simplest way to collect membership fees.<\/p>\n<h2>Creating a campaign<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In the menu, open <strong>Donation<\/strong> and create a campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the four tabs: <strong>Description<\/strong>, <strong>Payment details<\/strong>, <strong>Contact details<\/strong> and <strong>Advanced<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Description<\/h3>\n<p>A title and two or three sentences explaining what the money is for. Concrete works better than general: \u00abNew goals for the juniors\u00bb is more convincing than \u00abSupport us\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Donation interval<\/strong>: One-off, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually. You can offer several.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Currency<\/strong>: CHF, EUR or USD, with a default.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amount options<\/strong>: suggest a few amounts (such as 20, 50, 100) and, if you wish, allow a free amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Donation description<\/strong>: suggest purposes to choose from (such as \u00abJunior section\u00bb, \u00abSummer festival\u00bb) or let donors write their own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recurring donations work with TWINT, PostFinance Pay, cards and wallets with the Pay provider. Read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/subscriptions\/\">Subscriptions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Contact details<\/h3>\n<p>The donor can ask for a confirmation and subscribe to the newsletter. Choose which details you collect (name, address, e-mail, date of birth) and add your own fields: text, checkbox, multiple choice, date, file upload or hidden field.<\/p>\n<p>The confirmation for tax returns is not sent automatically: you can create it yourself from the donation export in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/reports\/\">Reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Advanced<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Look &amp; Feel profile<\/strong> with the association&#8217;s logo and colours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum amount<\/strong> and <strong>Donation goal<\/strong>: with a goal, a progress bar appears that motivates people to give.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Messages and redirect<\/strong>: your thanks after the donation, or a move to a page on your website.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thank-you e-mail<\/strong>: subject, text and blind copy to you. The placeholder <code>[DONATION_DETAILS]<\/code> must stay in the text, as it contains the donation details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sharing<\/h2>\n<p>In the campaign you will find the view, sharing and embedding in your website. Use the link in e-mails to members, on social media and on flyers, ideally with a QR.
