Two tricks that save time: URL parameters<\/strong> fill in the fields of the payment page for the customer, and placeholders<\/strong> personalise the e-mails you send.<\/p>\n

URL parameters<\/h2>\n

At the end of your page link, add a ?<\/code> followed by name=value<\/code>. Add further parameters with &<\/code>. Spaces are written as %20<\/code>, and decimals with a point.<\/p>\n

Values for the interval: one_time<\/code>, weekly<\/code>, monthly<\/code>, quarterly<\/code>, annually<\/code>.<\/p>\n

Example.<\/strong> A link to the fees campaign suggesting CHF 80.- a year: add ?donation[preselect_amount]=80&donation[preselect_interval]=annually<\/code>. For the Terminal you will find a full example in Terminal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Parameters are there for convenience: the customer can still see the link. Before delivering goods or services, always check the amount paid under Payments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Placeholders in e-mails<\/h2>\n

In Paylink<\/a> and Donation<\/a> e-mails you can insert words in square brackets that become the real details when sent. You change the text of Paylink e-mails in Notifications<\/a>, under Paylink.<\/p>\n
