Your customers pay with TWINT, cards and the other methods without leaving your purchase flow, and the payment status returns to your system automatically.<\/p>\n<h2>Two routes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plugin<\/strong>: for WooCommerce there is a ready-made plugin. You install and configure it without programming. Read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/woocommerce-shop-plugin\/\">WooCommerce<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>API<\/strong>: for all other systems. A developer connects your software to our REST interface with an API key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Creating an API key<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In the menu, open <strong>API &amp; Plugins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the option to add an API key.<\/li>\n<li>Give the key a name, such as the name of the website or software, and confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The key appears among the active integrations. Each one has three buttons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Copy<\/strong>: copies the key to pass on to your developer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Log<\/strong>: the list of all requests made with that key, useful for finding errors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Configuration<\/strong>: changes the name or generates a new key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can create several keys, one for each connected system. That way, if one needs replacing, the others keep working.<\/p>\n<h2>Keep the key safe<\/h2>\n<p>The API key gives access to your account: do not publish it, do not send it by e-mail to strangers and do not put it in your website&#8217;s visible code. If you think it has fallen into the wrong hands, generate a new one straight away under <strong>Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>The technical contact<\/h2>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/webhooks-notifications\/\">Webhooks<\/a> you can name a <strong>technical contact<\/strong>: the person who receives alerts about API and webhook errors and is authorised to talk to our support about these topics. This is usually your developer.<\/p>\n<h2>Documentation for developers<\/h2>\n<p>Your developer will find the technical description of the interface via the REST API link on the same admin page.
