The terminal will not switch on, does not read cards or does not connect? First of all, no need to panic: in most cases it is sorted in a few minutes.<\/p>\n

Try this first<\/h2>\n

  1. Battery<\/strong>: charge it for a few minutes and switch it on again.<\/li>\n
  2. Restart<\/strong>: switch the terminal off and on again.<\/li>\n
  3. Network<\/strong>: the terminal uses the SIM included. If you are in a basement or an area with poor coverage, move near a window.<\/li>\n
  4. Card<\/strong>: try another card or TWINT, to see whether the problem is the terminal or the customer’s card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Replacement<\/h2>\n

    If the terminal is faulty, we replace it free of charge. If the fault is due to your own intervention on the terminal (such as opening it or a home repair), the cost of the terminal may be invoiced.<\/p>\n
