It fills up by itself with each payment.<\/p>\n<h2>What you see<\/h2>\n<p>For each customer: name, e-mail, town, how many payments they have made and how many subscriptions they have. Clicking a customer shows their details and payments.<\/p>\n<h2>Finding a customer<\/h2>\n<p>Use the search: by name, address, postcode, town or e-mail. Click the heading of the Customer column to sort the list from A to Z or the other way round.<\/p>\n<h2>Exporting<\/h2>\n<p>With <strong>Export<\/strong> you download a CSV file, with the whole list or just the search results. Useful for accounting or for writing to members, always respecting privacy: use the data only for the purposes for which the customer gave it to you.<\/p>\n<h2>Importing<\/h2>\n<p>With <strong>Import<\/strong> you upload a list of customers from a CSV or Excel file, such as your members list before launching the fees campaign.<\/p>\n<h2>Deleting<\/h2>\n<p>You can delete a customer: their payments still stay in the history.
