For accounting, for the committee or simply to know how things are going, the admin area gives you charts and ready-made exports.<\/p>\n

The Reports page<\/h2>\n

Charts<\/h3>\n

At the top you see the number of transactions and the volume taken, by year, month or week.<\/p>\n

Annual statements<\/h3>\n

For each year you will find a PDF statement to download. It shows the balance at 31 December, how it changed during the year, the volume taken, fees and refunds. It is available from 1 February of the following year: handy to give to your accountant.<\/p>\n

Transaction reports<\/h3>\n

With Create<\/strong> you prepare a CSV file with the transactions for the period you need.<\/p>\n

Donation export<\/h3>\n

A summary of donations received, useful for preparing receipts for donors.<\/p>\n

External provider fees<\/h3>\n

If you use an external provider<\/a> such as PayPal, enter its fees here: this way the exports show the correct net amounts.<\/p>\n

Exporting transactions<\/h2>\n

You can also export directly from the list of payments:<\/p>\n

  1. Open Payments > Transactions<\/strong> and, if you wish, filter by date, status or currency.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Export<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Choose all columns or create a profile with only those you need. The profile stays saved for next time.<\/li>\n
  4. If you wish, enter another e-mail address, such as your accountant’s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You receive an e-mail with the link to download the file. With a lot of data this can take up to an hour.<\/p>\n

    The statement for each payout<\/h2>\n

    To reconcile your bank statement, use the statement for each payout<\/a>: you receive it by e-mail and download it from the Payouts page, as PDF, Excel or CSV.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
