Only the fees change: the more you take, the more a plan with a monthly charge and lower fees pays off.<\/p>\n<h2>The plans<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Starter<\/strong>: free for ever, no fixed costs. You pay only when you take a payment, for example 2.9% + CHF 0.30 for an online payment with TWINT, PostFinance Pay, Visa or Mastercard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Small, Medium, Large<\/strong>: a monthly charge and progressively lower fees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nonprofit<\/strong>: for recognised non-profit organisations, from CHF 9.- a month, with the lowest fees on the price list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The full price list, with fees per method and discounts for multi-year payment, is always up to date on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/pricing\/\">Pricing<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p>If your activity has been in the commercial register for less than 3 years, ask us for the <strong>25% startup discount<\/strong> on the monthly charge.<\/p>\n<h2>Which plan to choose?<\/h2>\n<p>Start with Starter. When your takings grow, do the maths: if the difference in fees over a month exceeds the monthly charge, move up a plan. If you like, we will do the calculation with your real numbers.<\/p>\n<h2>Other costs to know about<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>POS terminals<\/strong>: CHF 25.- a month per terminal, SIM included. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/pos-terminals\/\">POS terminals<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/external-providers\/\"><strong>External providers<\/strong><\/a>: the provider&#8217;s fee plus the 1pay.ch fee, from 1.9% + CHF 0.30 (Starter) to 0.9% + CHF 0.20 (Large).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Currency conversion<\/strong>: 2% if you take payments in a currency for which you have no bank account. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/bank-account\/\">Bank account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disputes<\/strong>: CHF 35.- per dispute, returned if you win it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payouts<\/strong>: CHF 0.50 for each payout to your bank account, normally one a week.
