Some are shown to customers, so keep them up to date.<\/p>\n<h2>What you will find<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Account type<\/strong>: private or business.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal details<\/strong>: commercial register number and VAT number. They are also needed for your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/invoice\/\">invoices<\/a> to be in order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Company details<\/strong>: name of the company or organisation, website, activity, legal form, number of employees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact details<\/strong>: name, address and telephone. These appear in the legal notice of your payment pages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales channel information<\/strong>: online, on site or both.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If details important for verification change, such as the legal form or the people representing the company, write to us: the documents may need updating.<\/p>\n<h2>Closing your account<\/h2>\n<p>At the bottom of the page you will find the option to close your account. Note: this is final and you lose access to the financial data. First download the statements and exports you need (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/reports\/\">Reports<\/a>) and, if in doubt, talk to us: often moving to the free plan is enough.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Settings &gt; Company you will find your business details.
