For each notification you can choose between three recipients: <strong>Owner<\/strong>, <strong>Customer<\/strong> and <strong>Other user<\/strong> (such as the treasurer).<\/p>\n<h2>General<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monthly sales report<\/strong>: a summary of your takings once a month.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payout notification<\/strong>: an alert with each payout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Payments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Payment confirmation<\/strong>: serves as a receipt for the customer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order confirmation<\/strong>: replaces the payment confirmation for tokenisations, pre-authorisations and manual methods such as invoice, where the money has not yet arrived.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment refunded<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Subscriptions<\/h2>\n<p>The customer receives a confirmation for each charge. You can also activate alerts for failed charges and for subscriptions cancelled by the administrator.<\/p>\n<h2>Notifications for individual tools<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Paylink<\/strong>: an alert when you create a request and when an e-mail does not reach the customer. You can also have the person who creates a Paylink receive updates on their links. Here you can also customise the e-mail text with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1pay.ch\/en\/docs\/url-parameters-placeholders\/\">placeholders<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoice<\/strong>: reminders for unpaid invoices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>A tip<\/h2>\n<p>Always leave the payment confirmation active for the customer: it is their receipt and reduces questions such as \u00abbut did I pay?\u00bb.
