Anyone who has been treasurer of an association knows: membership fees trickle in, half the members forget the payment reference, and the refreshment stand till gets counted at midnight after the match. With TWINT and a few simple tools, most of this work disappears.
Membership fees: a link instead of an IBAN
Instead of sending your IBAN and hoping, send each member a payment link or a digital invoice. The member pays with TWINT or card in a few seconds, and you see straight away who has paid and who hasn’t. No more bank statements to compare with the membership list.
For members who prefer a card, the same links also accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The refreshment stand: a QR on the counter
A printed QR code next to the till lets people pay for beer, sausages and coffee with TWINT. Volunteers behind the counter don’t have to give change, and at the end of the evening the till is already counted. For busy evenings, a portable terminal helps you go even faster.
Tickets and registrations
Tournaments, club dinners, summer camps, courses: create a payment page or a link with the price and share it in the WhatsApp group. Registrations arrive already paid, with no lists to chase.
Donations and sponsors
Alongside your income, a donation form with its own QR code lets parents, fans and supporters back the club even without buying anything. You can offer one-off or monthly donations.
