1pay.ch is a Swiss digital payment platform that lets associations, SMEs, start-ups, small business owners, makers, shops and home service providers accept payments online and on site, without advanced technical skills.
Who it is for
1pay.ch is designed to adapt flexibly to SMEs of every size and type, and can also be used by private people who have not yet officially set up a business.
What it lets you do
- Sell online: direct integration with WooCommerce shops and other popular e-commerce platforms
- Accept payments on site: by QR code as an alternative to the traditional terminal, with a mobile POS terminal or with the Tap to Pay app
- Collect donations and membership fees: one-off or recurring, online or offline, even without a website, thanks to customisable donation pages
- Create payment pages: a simple shop to sell products, services or subscriptions, even without your own website
- Integrate via API: for anyone who wants to build payments straight into their software or app
- Manage recurring payments: subscriptions, regular donations or membership fees, through tokenisation
- Use pre-authorisation: reserve an amount on the card without charging it straight away
- Make refunds: partial or full, right from the admin dashboard

Pricing model
1pay.ch offers a free Starter account, with no activation or fixed costs. Paid subscriptions come with growing discounts depending on the term: 20% for 1 year, 30% for 2 years, 40% for 3 years.
These discounts can be combined with dedicated ones: 25% for start-ups (active for less than 3 years) and 50% for non-profit associations.
Non-profit associations can also choose the dedicated “Nonprofit” subscription, with reduced fees (1.7% + CHF 0.20 per transaction) and prices from CHF 9.-/month.
