How it is calculated
For each fee paid online, the Starter plan charges 2.9% + CHF 0.30 with no plan fee, and the Nonprofit plan 1.7% + CHF 0.20 with a monthly plan fee: CHF 15.- on the monthly term, 12.- annual, 10.50 for 2 years and 9.- for 3 years. On a CHF 50.- fee, the association keeps CHF 48.25 on Starter and CHF 48.95 on Nonprofit.
The calculator multiplies by the number of members, takes off the plan fee and tells you which plan leaves the association more. On the monthly term you can switch the Nonprofit plan on only in the months when you collect the fees. For donations and events as well, there is the Nonprofit calculator.
Frequently asked questions
When the association collects enough in a year. On the 3-year term, the plan fee pays for itself from around CHF 7'700.- collected in a year, for example 155 fees of CHF 50.-. Below that, the Starter plan, which has no plan fee, leaves more.
Yes, on the monthly term: you switch it on in the months when you collect the fees, for example at the start of the year, and stay on Starter the rest of the time.
No. Payment links, QR Pay, TWINT, cards and every other feature are the same on each plan: only the transaction fees and plan fee change.
