The problem
«Can I pay by card?»
The German tourist asks at the end of the hike, the Dutch guest at check-out, the family who booked and then never turned up. If you only accept cash or bank transfer, you lose some of your customers, and deposits arrive late or not at all.
With 1pay.ch you request the deposit with a link when the booking is made and take the rest the way your guest prefers: TWINT, cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay, all with a single contract. Every payment lands in your account with name and amount, so you always know who has already paid.
How you get paid
How you take payments in tourism
From booking to final payment, with the same tools in every plan.
Deposits and bookings
When the booking comes in, you send a link for the deposit: the room or place is confirmed as soon as the payment arrives.
Check-out and final payment
At reception, the terminal with SIM or a QR code on the desk: guests pay by card, with TWINT or with their phone.
Excursions and guided tours
At the summit or at the end of the tour: Tap to Pay on your Android phone, with no terminal and no cash.
Rentals and tickets
Bikes, boats, equipment or tickets: a QR code at the counter, or a shop page to sell online before guests arrive.
Getting started

You create the link for deposits and print the sign with the methods you accept. You can do it while verification is under way, so you start the same day.
