Frequently asked questions

Do I need a website to collect donations?

No. The donation form lives on its own page, with an address you can share by email, WhatsApp or social media, or turn into a QR code to print on your flyer. If you do have a website, the same form can be embedded in your pages.

Do I need a company in the commercial register?

No. Associations can sign up and collect payments without a commercial register entry. During verification we ask for the statutes and the details of the person signing for the association.

What does it really cost?

Two options. With the Starter plan you pay no monthly fee and 2.9% + CHF 0.30 is deducted per donation. With the Nonprofit plan, reserved for recognised non-profit organisations, you pay from CHF 9.- a month and only 1.7% + CHF 0.20, the lowest fees on our price list.

Can we receive recurring donations?

Yes. The donor chooses a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly schedule and authorises once; renewal is then automatic and they can cancel whenever they like. This is the feature that turns a one-off appeal into income you can count on.

How long does activation take?

Sign-up takes a few minutes. Account verification is usually confirmed within one business day, often the same day. You can already set up the donation form while you wait.
