With the crypto method, your customers can pay in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Tether. You do not need to know anything about blockchain: the amount reaches you in francs with the normal payout.
Who can use it #
- Activities based in Switzerland with a verified account.
- Commercial register entry or UID number in the format
CHE-123.456.789. - VAT number (
CHE-123.456.789 MWST) or, for sole traders without VAT, the AHV number (756.1234.1234.12). - Pay provider active and CHF currency enabled.
How to activate it #
The method must be requested: under Payment providers, open the Pay configuration and follow the crypto instructions. If you are unsure about the details, write to us.
Limits #
Crypto accepts one-off payments only. Refunds cannot be made from the admin area: if you need to give money back, do so by bank transfer.
