Look & Feel: logo and colours of your payment pages

Customers trust you more when they immediately recognise who they are paying. With Look & Feel you put your logo and colours on all your payment pages.

Creating a profile #

1. Open Settings > Look & Feel.
2. Click the option to add a new profile.
3. Write the Profile name, such as «Shop» or «Summer festival».
4. Logo: upload it (recommended size 160 x 160 px) and choose the shape: square, rectangular or round. If you wish, have the logo link to your website.
5. Background: a colour or image for the main background and the header. For the Terminal you can also choose a gradient between two colours.
6. Font: family, size and colours of text and links.
7. Buttons: normal and mouse-over colour, and the shape of the corners.
8. Save.

Several profiles for several activities #

You can create as many profiles as you like: one for the shop, one for the summer event, one for the junior team. Then in each tool (Pages, Paylink, QR Pay, Invoice, Terminal, Donation) you choose the profile to use. One of them is the standard profile, used when you do not choose another.

Tips #

• Use a good-resolution logo on a transparent background.
• Choose colours with good contrast: the «Pay» button must stand out.
• After each change, open a page in the view and also check it on your phone: that is where most customers pay.
