With Invoice you create a PDF invoice and send it by e-mail. The customer pays online in one click, with TWINT, card or another method, or with the QR-bill in e-banking.
Before you begin #
For the invoice to be correct, enter the commercial register number under Company and, if you are subject to VAT, at least one rate in General settings. Until you do, the admin area shows you a notice.
Creating an invoice #
- In the menu, open Invoice and click Create.
- Recipient: name, address and e-mail.
- Invoice Date and payment deadline in days.
- Service period (or delivery date).
- Invoice Language.
- VAT: subject, not subject, exempt service or export.
- The Items: each with title, quantity, price, any discount and VAT rate. You can add shipping costs and an early payment discount.
- If you wish, a message, your terms and up to three PDF attachments.
- Choose the payment providers and the Look & Feel profile.
- Save.
The invoice stays a Draft until you finalise it.
Checking and sending #
Before sending, you can download the PDF, view the payment page as the customer sees it and make last changes. If all is well, finalise it: you can have it sent by e-mail or send it yourself through another channel.
What the customer receives #
An e-mail with the online payment button and the invoice as a PDF attachment. The PDF also contains the online payment link and the QR-bill for e-banking.
Reminders #
In Notifications, under Invoice, you set up automatic reminders and choose who receives a copy. The invoice list shows the status and due date of each invoice.
