Notifications: who receives which e-mails

In Settings > Notifications you decide which e-mails go out automatically and who receives them. For each notification you can choose between three recipients: Owner, Customer and Other user (such as the treasurer).

General #

  • Monthly sales report: a summary of your takings once a month.
  • Payout notification: an alert with each payout.

Payments #

  • Payment confirmation: serves as a receipt for the customer.
  • Order confirmation: replaces the payment confirmation for tokenisations, pre-authorisations and manual methods such as invoice, where the money has not yet arrived.
  • Payment refunded.

Subscriptions #

The customer receives a confirmation for each charge. You can also activate alerts for failed charges and for subscriptions cancelled by the administrator.

Notifications for individual tools #

  • Paylink: an alert when you create a request and when an e-mail does not reach the customer. You can also have the person who creates a Paylink receive updates on their links. Here you can also customise the e-mail text with placeholders.
  • Invoice: reminders for unpaid invoices.

A tip #

Always leave the payment confirmation active for the customer: it is their receipt and reduces questions such as «but did I pay?». And if several people in your association follow the takings, add the treasurer as a recipient rather than forwarding e-mails by hand.
