Pages: sell online without a website

With Pages you create a small online shop in a few minutes: title, description, products and payment. You do not need a website or programming skills. You share it by link or QR, or embed it in your website.

What you can do #

  • Sell several products or services, including variants (size, colour).
  • Add shipping costs and manage stock.
  • Offer discount codes.
  • Send order and payment confirmations by e-mail.
  • Be found on Google with an optimised title and description.
  • Pre-fill fields with URL parameters.

Creating a page #

  1. In the menu, open Pages > Overview and click Create.
  2. Fill in the five tabs and click Next to move on.

Title and description #

The Page title sits at the top and is also the title Google sees. The description appears below it: you can format it and add images. With Multilanguage you write the same text in other languages.

Payment information #

Choose the payment type (one-off, subscription, pre-authorisation or tokenisation, see which to choose), the currency and the payment providers to show.

Products #

Link the products you created under Pages > Products. How to do this is in Products and discount codes.

Form fields #

Decide what details to ask for: name, address, telephone and so on. For shipping you need the address; for a service, name and e-mail are often enough. You can require acceptance of terms and privacy.

Advanced options #

Here you choose the look (Look & Feel profile), the button text, the valid discount codes, the messages after a successful or failed payment, and any redirect to a page on your website. The redirect does not work if the page is embedded as a button or iFrame. You can also customise the confirmation e-mail (sender, subject, copy, extra text) and the search engine settings.

Sharing the page #

Open the page in the Overview: at the top you will find the view (how the customer sees it), sharing (the link to send) and embedding in your website, explained in Embedding a payment page in your website.

What it cannot do #

A page is designed for simple sales: the customer buys on one page and pays in one go. If you need a full shop with many categories and a mixed basket, connect your shop with WooCommerce.
