In Settings > Company you will find your business details. Some are shown to customers, so keep them up to date.
What you will find #
- Account type: private or business.
- Legal details: commercial register number and VAT number. They are also needed for your invoices to be in order.
- Company details: name of the company or organisation, website, activity, legal form, number of employees.
- Contact details: name, address and telephone. These appear in the legal notice of your payment pages.
- Sales channel information: online, on site or both.
If details important for verification change, such as the legal form or the people representing the company, write to us: the documents may need updating.
Closing your account #
At the bottom of the page you will find the option to close your account. Note: this is final and you lose access to the financial data. First download the statements and exports you need (see Reports) and, if in doubt, talk to us: often moving to the free plan is enough.
